你不如明年才拿来?

搬进来时,床破橱不见。我投诉了前前后后整个月他才甘愿给我个烂臭橱。

之前我去office吵,填了2张一样的表格,第3次他还是叫我填那张表格,作我火大!我发现酱下去没有用,也不用浪费这种时间跑去office找人,直接email更快。

I have made my complaint twice to the management during the first week I checked in, its about the torn mattress and missing movable cabinet of my room. I even went to the office thrice to check on the status but I still couldnt get any info.
As you know, we will be charged for any damage in our room when we check out. BUT we are NOT getting any discount for checking into a bad condition room and your terrible services provided.
I have waited for 2-3 weeks and you are trying to tell me that you couldnt purchase any mattress and cabinet during such a long period? NO WAY!
I sincerely hope that you can look into this matter. If you dont mind, I would like to see my cabinet and my mattress being replaced by this week. Thank you.

然后,我的床来了。因为我不在房间,他来之前还打电话给我,问我可不可以进我房。看似很周到,可是我其实已经签了2次批准他进来我房处理事务的纸。他还问个屁啊?

I am very appreciate that you have asked someone to replace my mattress. BUT WHERE THE HELL IS MY MOVABLE CABINET?! Can you at least tell me when will I get it?? Otherwise I would like to request for compensation.

我在上课时来了几通电话,我没有接到,怀疑是management的人打来。过后没有下文。。他是在挑衅我的忍耐度吗?!

YOU DONT EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY ME AN EMAIL? WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU MANAGEMENT PEOPLE?

然后,我的橱就来了。

由始至终,我都没有受到reply的email。这种是什么态度啊?以为我住不用钱啊?X的,东西有问题就怕死人家跑路,快快追人家还钱;处理事务就酱慢吞吞,完全没有系统的作业方式,超烂!最好不要在给我这种麻烦。
